KICK-START ENGINE · FOR NEW VENUES
Open with fully booked calendar.
We build your website, your booking system, connect payments, and put your venue on the maps so people can find you. Then we set up automated email and SMS flows, create all the content, and run paid advertising to get your venue fully booked before opening day.
You are building the venue. Who is building the demand?
A new attraction needs more than a beautiful building.
People must be able to find it, understand it, book it and pay for it. All of that should work before the doors open.
Everything your venue needs to start selling.

Pricing
What you pay for — and when?
Your venue may need up to three types of investment.
We build the system
We build or connect everything your venue needs to sell online: your website, booking system, payments, email and SMS automation, tracking, landing pages and any custom tools.
We run your marketing
We plan campaigns, create and edit content, manage your ads, send email campaigns and continuously improve what is working.
You pay for the ads
This is the money we spend on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and offline platforms.
You pay this money directly to the platforms. It is not part of Thrillantic’s fee.
We first build the system and then the demand.
A new venue needs a complete digital foundation and enough marketing power to become known.
The first-year budget therefore has two parts:
- 01The fixed system that makes selling possible
- 02The ongoing creative and advertising that brings customers into it

The 30/70 planning rule
Monthly budget allocation
Strong advertising needs both reach and something worth watching. As a starting point, Thrillantic plans around 30% for the creative, strategy and management behind the campaigns and 70% for direct advertising.
This is not a fixed rule. Smaller budgets may need a larger creative share, because the basic campaign work still has to be done properly.
Paid to Thrillantic
30%
Creatives, strategy and campaign management
Paid to the platforms
70%
Direct advertising spend
Buying more advertising cannot repair weak creative. Great creative with no advertising may never reach enough people. The two must work together.
Launch investment guide.
A new venue normally needs a larger marketing investment because it has no regular customers, little local awareness and no history of repeat visits.
As the venue becomes known and builds a customer base, the percentage can become lower.
These are planning ranges—not rules. The right investment depends on the market, capacity, margins, competition and desired speed of growth.
Percentage ranges compared against Gartner CMO Spend Survey and BDC marketing budget guidance.
Calculator
How full could your first year be?
Enter your annual ticket capacity and ticket price. See how different launch investments could affect first-year occupancy, tickets sold and ticket revenue.
A new venue starts without an audience, customer list, search history or proven campaigns. The first year therefore requires a larger investment in building awareness and demand. The Digital Revenue System is built once — it does not need to be rebuilt every year.

This estimate includes the complete first-year demand picture — not only tickets directly attributed to advertising.
Your location, competition, population, season, opening date and attraction mix decide where inside this range the venue may land.
Annual occupancy above 80% requires a venue-specific market, pricing and capacity study.
This launch investment does not yet cover the Digital Revenue System. Increase the investment or start with a smaller launch level.
Where the investment goes · — total
The website, booking journey, payments, offers, automation and tracking built around the number of tickets your venue needs to sell.
After the Digital Revenue System, the remaining campaign budget splits 25% to creative production and campaign management and 75% to direct advertising — paid straight to Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and offline platforms. A larger launch automatically receives more website work, more creative production and more advertising.
Why fuller capacity costs more
The fuller the venue becomes, the more the next ticket costs to win.
The first guests are close to the offer and easier to reach. The next guests require more channels, more creative work and more reasons to visit. Filling Saturday is easier than filling Tuesday morning.
Advertising cost per additional ticket at your ticket price · occupancy band · beyond 80% requires a venue-specific study

How this prediction works
Thrillantic begins with annual ticket capacity. The calculator estimates natural opening demand (a cautious 20% planning baseline covering opening curiosity, organic search, direct traffic, publicity, referrals, group sales and word of mouth), then uses the launch budget to fill additional capacity. Opening curiosity is not enough to build a strong first year — advertising must carry the venue beyond the first wave.
Every additional booking becomes more expensive because the easiest guests are reached first. Stronger Digital Revenue Systems and creative campaigns improve efficiency, but they do not make demand unlimited. The CMO Survey, Kantar creative-effectiveness research
The public calculator uses a planning model. Before producing a proposal, Thrillantic studies the local population, competition, ticket price, seasonality, tourism, attraction mix and operating plan.
This calculator is a business-planning tool — not a forecast, quote or promise of ticket sales. The starting demand, occupancy labels, marginal ticket costs and planning ranges are our planning predictions.
Your first year will not fill itself.
Thrillantic will study your market, pressure-test the assumptions and build the system, creative work and campaigns around the tickets your venue needs to sell.
